The agenda for the AGM will include the following items:

• Consideration of the Audited accounts for the financial year ended 31-December-2023 along with the Auditor’s Reports and Directors report;
• Declaration of dividend, if any;
• Appointment / Reappointment of Directors;
• Remuneration of Chief Executive Officer and Directors;
• Any other business delivered by the shareholders within seven days prior to the date of meeting.

Shareholder Participation:

All shareholders are encouraged to attend the AGM. Shareholders who are unable to attend in person may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
